Rasia is a Cayman Islands registered and CIMA regulated hedge fund founded by Joseph Borkowski in June 2017. Mr. Borkowski is the Chairman of Rasia. Rasia’s investment program is run by its investment manager, Rasia Management, which sets out the hedge fund’s investment strategy.

Rasia Management is also Cayman Islands registered and has Mr. Borkowski as its founder and director. Rasia and Rasia Management are independent investment and investment management companies of Rasia Group, which Mr. Borkowski founded in 2009 focusing on illiquid natural resources investments and related infrastructure projects. Rasia accepts monthly subscriptions having a USD 100,000 minimum subject to a one-year “soft” lock-up period and offers quarterly redemptions thereafter.

Rasia provides monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations from an independent fund administrator as set forth in its Confidential Private Offering Memorandum, which is available upon request..
